Keep instructors, shifts, and hours connected to the schedule.
Assign instructors and assistants to the events they're running and track the hours they actually work, all from the same schedule your customers book against. Export those hours straight to your payroll tool. No separate rota, no separate timesheet, no retyping.
Best for: businesses with multiple instructors and assistants to schedule: studios where who's teaching and how long they worked both depend on the calendar.
One schedule for bookings and for hours.
When the teaching rota lives in one place and the timesheet in another, hours get retyped, no-shows get forgotten, and the end of the month turns into detective work. The schedule your customers book against and the record of who actually worked drift apart.
FullClass keeps them together. Assign staff to an event, and that assignment is what you later check times against and export as hours: no re-entry, no second rota to reconcile.
To be clear about scope: FullClass records time, not money. It sets no pay rates and holds no payments, because overtime, statutory holidays, breaks, and minimum wage differ by jurisdiction and belong in a tool built for them. Export the hours to QuickBooks, Wagepoint, Gusto, or whatever you already run, and let it do the pricing.
Know the time that was really worked.
Each assignment carries planned start and end times, and you can record the actual times worked when they differ. Hours are taken from the actual times when they exist, and fall back to the scheduled times when they don't.
Mark a no-show so it drops out of worked hours, and leave notes on an assignment to capture anything unusual about the shift.
When it's time to run payroll, the staff hours report lists every assignment for the period with its scheduled and worked hours. A shift nobody clocked in and out of shows as blank rather than as zero, so an unrecorded shift never quietly becomes an unpaid one. Export it as a CSV and hand it over.
Saturday schedule
HoursFrom assignment to timesheet, in one place.
- Assign staff to events. Put the right instructors and assistants on the sessions they're running, right from the event.
- Instructors and assistants. One event can carry as many people as it needs, each with their own shift.
- Scheduled vs actual time. Track planned hours and record what was actually worked when the two differ.
- No-shows and notes. Mark a staff no-show and add notes to any assignment for the record.
- Unrecorded is not zero. A shift nobody clocked in and out of exports blank, never as 0.00, so payroll can tell the two apart.
- Filter by person or period. Narrow the hours report to one instructor or one pay period before you export it.
- Hours on the staff profile. Every person's page shows the hours they have worked and the shifts still ahead of them.
- CSV your payroll tool accepts. Export scheduled and worked hours per person per event, ready for QuickBooks or your provider.
- Staff reminder emails. Send reminders so staff know about the shifts they're assigned to.
- Google Calendar sync. Staff connect their own Google Calendar to get a dedicated "FullClass Shifts" calendar that stays in sync, and can disconnect anytime.
Assign, work, record, export.
Assign staff to the event
Add instructors and assistants to a session with their scheduled start and end times.
Record what actually happened
After the session, log actual times, mark any no-shows, and add notes where they matter.
Check the hours
The staff hours report totals scheduled and worked time per person for any period, with no-shows flagged and unrecorded shifts left visibly blank.
Export to payroll
Download the period as a CSV and hand it to your payroll tool, which decides what those hours are worth.
Shifts land on your staff's own calendar.
Staff connect their personal Google Calendar over OAuth, and FullClass creates a dedicated "FullClass Shifts" calendar in their account just for the shifts you assign, so it stays separate from the rest of their life. The schedule you build from class scheduling shows up where they already look.
It stays in sync both ways: change an assignment's times and the calendar shift updates to match; take a staff member off an event and the shift is removed from their calendar. They stay in control and can disconnect anytime.
