Without online payment, you're chasing e-transfers, holding spots for people who never pay, and ticking names off a class list against your bank statement. When customers pay as they book, the spot and the money arrive together.
FullClass connects to your own Square or Stripe account. The card form sits on your booking page, but the card number goes from the customer's browser straight to Square or Stripe and never reaches our database. That keeps you eligible for PCI SAQ-A, the shortest card-security self-assessment.

- Your own Square or Stripe account. Connect the one you already use in a few guided steps, and payouts go where your money already goes.
- Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Customers pay the way they already do everywhere else.
- Card numbers never reach us. The card form is on your booking page, but the details go straight to Square or Stripe (PCI SAQ-A eligible).
- Refunds through Square or Stripe. When a customer cancels, your cancellation policy decides how much goes back, and every refund is kept on record.
- One payment for a group. Book four spots and pay once, with any gift card or promo code taken off the whole order, not spot by spot.
- Each spot at its own price. Two adults and a child each pay their own price in one checkout, by card, gift card or class pass, or in person. Receipts list every spot, and you can refund one spot and its tax without cancelling the rest.
- Free classes and offline payments. Run $0 classes, or mark a booking paid yourself when the money came some other way.
- Bank checks handled. When a card's bank asks the customer to confirm the payment (3-D Secure / SCA), checkout walks them through it before the payment goes through.
- Your currency. Pick USD, CAD, EUR, GBP or AUD once, and that's what customers see at checkout. FullClass doesn't convert between currencies.
- Every booking shows how it was paid. The amount, method and date sit on the booking, ready for your reports and for matching against your payouts.

By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If their bank wants an extra check, it happens here, and we make sure the amount charged matches the order.
The booking is confirmed
The payment is saved on the booking. If they cancel later, your cancellation policy decides the refund.
Apple Pay & Google Pay take one setup step.
Apple Pay and Google Pay work with both Square and Stripe. The wallet buttons sit on your own booking page, so they only appear on web addresses you've registered with your provider. Register the address your booking page lives on, and customers on a supported device see the button.
You do it once for each domain. Until you do, customers there pay by card and the wallet button stays hidden.
In Canada, Stripe can send these wallet payments over Interac Debit. Ask Stripe to turn it on for your account, and Interac-eligible debit cards in Apple Pay and Google Pay are charged over Interac automatically. FullClass labels those payments as Interac on receipts and on the booking. Square and Stripe both take CAD, so you can sell in Canadian dollars from day one.
Gift cards and promo codes, when you want them.
Start with card payments. When you're ready, turn on gift cards and class passes and promo codes. They come off the same order at the same checkout, with nothing new to set up.
