Payments

Take payment your way.

Connect Square or Stripe and take cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The card fields render right on your booking page and tokenize in the browser, so raw card data never touches our servers. Or run free and manual bookings when money changes hands another way.

Best for: any class business that wants to collect payment online with its own processor, without storing card data or wiring up a checkout from scratch.

What it solves

Get paid at booking, not at the door.

Chasing e-transfers, holding spots for people who never pay, and reconciling payments against a class list by hand all eat into the time you would rather spend teaching. Taking payment online means the spot and the money are settled in the same step.

FullClass connects to your own Square or Stripe account. The card fields appear right on your booking page and are tokenized in the customer's browser, so the raw card number goes straight to the provider and never touches our database (PCI SAQ-A eligible). Customers pay the way they expect to.

What you get

Online payments without the compliance burden.

  • Square and Stripe. Both are available. Connect the processor you already use, plus free and manual options when money changes hands another way.
  • Connect your own account. Link your Square or Stripe account through a guided Connect onboarding flow, so payouts land where your money already goes.
  • Card fields on your own page. The card form renders right on your booking page and is tokenized in the browser, so raw card data never reaches our servers (PCI SAQ-A eligible).
  • Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Take all three, so customers pay the way they already do everywhere else.
  • 3-D Secure / SCA. When a card or bank requires extra authentication, the checkout walks the customer through the verification step before the payment confirms.
  • Webhook-synced status. Payment status is kept in sync with your provider through verified webhooks, so a booking reflects what actually happened to the charge.
  • Multi-currency. Set your currency once (USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, or AUD) and customers see it at checkout. It is a label only, with no currency conversion.
  • Refunds. Issue refunds back through Square or Stripe, with cancellations refunding according to your cancellation-policy tiers and an append-only refund log for a clean record.
  • Charge-amount mismatch guard. A built-in safeguard checks the captured amount against the order so a customer is never charged the wrong total.
  • Free and manual bookings. Run $0 classes or confirm offline payments by hand when money changes hands another way.
  • Payment details on every booking. What was paid, how, and when is recorded against the booking, ready for your reports and reconciliation.
  • One payment for the whole order. Reserve several spots and pay once, with any gift card or promo code applied to the entire order, not spot by spot.
How it works

From cart to confirmation, safely.

1

Connect your processor

Link your Square or Stripe account so payouts land where your money already goes.

2

Customer reserves and reviews

Spots lock during checkout while any gift card or promo code is applied to the order total.

3

Pay securely at checkout

The customer pays by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay in fields on your booking page. Any 3-D Secure step runs, and the mismatch guard verifies the amount.

4

Confirmation and clean records

The booking confirms, payment details are saved against it, and any later refund follows your policy tiers.

Wallets

Apple Pay & Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay are available through Square and Stripe. Because the wallet buttons run on your own booking page, the wallet only appears on web domains you have registered with your provider. Register the domain your booking page is served from, and the wallet button shows up for customers on a supported device.

It is a one-time setup per domain, not a zero-config switch: until a domain is registered, customers there pay by card and the wallet button stays hidden.

In Canada, Stripe can route these wallet payments over Interac Debit. Once Stripe enables it on your account (it is available by request), Interac-eligible debit cards in Apple Pay and Google Pay pay over the Interac network automatically, and FullClass labels those payments as Interac on receipts and in your reports. All three processors already take CAD, so you can sell in Canadian dollars from day one.

Start simple, add the extras later.

Begin by taking card payments at checkout. When you are ready, layer on gift cards and class passes and promo codes, which apply to the same order in the same checkout. No new setup, no migration.
