You set the cutoffs in hours before class. For example, a full refund with two days' notice, half back the day before, and nothing after that. One policy covers your whole studio, so the rules are the same whatever someone books.

- Change the wording any time. Each update is a new version. Older versions stay viewable, and every signature stays tied to the exact text that person saw.
- Set it once per class. Add a waiver to a class and customers see it when they book any session of it.
- Signed before they pay. The person booking signs for themselves if they're taking part, and as parent or guardian for their own children. Checkout won't finish until they do.
- Everyone else gets a link. Each person on a booking is named. Other adults, and the parent or guardian of another family's child, are emailed a link to sign, with one reminder before class. You can see on the booking who has signed.
- Proof of who signed. Each signature records who signed and when, the name they typed, which version they saw, and their IP address and browser.
- Your own wording. You write the waiver, so have a lawyer look it over. FullClass doesn't give legal advice.
- One policy for the whole studio. Set your cancellation rules once and they cover every class and course.
- Refunds that depend on notice. A full refund, part of it back, or nothing, depending on how many hours before class they cancel.
- Gift card money goes back on the gift card. If someone paid partly with a gift card and cancels, that part goes back on the card and the rest goes back the way they paid.
- Rules shown up front. Customers see your cancellation policy before they pay, so nobody can say they didn't know.
