When your venues live in your head or a spreadsheet, it's easy to put two classes in Studio A at 10 on Saturday, or send customers to the old address. In FullClass every venue has its own record, so each class points at a real place and customers see the same address everywhere.

- In a room or on Zoom. Add venues with a street address and online ones with a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link, all in one list.
- Type the start of the address. Pick a suggestion and the rest of the address fills itself in.
- The right time zone, automatically. Each venue picks up its time zone from the address, so class times are right wherever it is.
- A warning before a room is double-booked. If another class is already in that location at that time, you see which one before you save.
- And before an instructor is. You're also told when an instructor is already teaching somewhere else at that time, and which class it is.
- Your call in the end. It's a warning, not a block. If the overlap is on purpose, tick the box and save anyway.
- The details people need to find you. Add notes about parking, directions or the meeting passcode for each venue. You can also set a maximum capacity and the tax rates that apply there.
