People want to pay before they know the date.
Someone wants to give their sister a pottery class for her birthday, but has no idea which Saturday she's free. A regular wants to pay for ten classes now and book them as they go. Without gift cards and passes, you lose both sales. With them, you take the money now and they book when they're ready.
FullClass has two kinds. A gift card holds a balance that gets spent down like store credit. A class pass holds a set number of classes, and it stays good for those classes even if you put your prices up later. Both are used at the normal checkout, and every change to a card is recorded, so you can always see where the value went.
From the gift card screen you can look up or issue a card, set an expiry date, turn an unused gift card into a class pass (and back again if no class has been used), and even apply a card to a booking that's already paid. If that booking was paid online, the covered amount is refunded to the customer's card.

- Gift cards. Hold a balance that customers spend on any booking until it runs out.
- Class passes. A set number of classes, used one booking at a time. Raise your prices later and a pass still covers its classes.
- Sold from your booking page. Turn on the "Buy gift cards" banner and customers can buy one from your hosted booking page or the widget on your website.
- Sent by email. The person receiving the card gets the code and any personal message as soon as it's sold. If no recipient is named, the code goes to the buyer.
- Printed cards, on your own artwork. Upload your design and print a sheet of ten with cut marks on an office printer, or one per page for a plastic card printer. A strip along the bottom carries the amount, code, expiry, your contact details and a QR code to your booking page.
- A stack for the front desk. Print up to a hundred cards in one go for the counter, a market stall or a company order.
- Paid gift cards never expire. Gift cards customers pay for have no expiry. You can set one on free promotional cards and on class passes.
- Refunds go back on the card. When a booking is refunded, the refund goes back onto the card first, ready to use again. A class pass gets its class back on a full refund.
- Only for one class, if you like. Lock a card to a specific class so it gets spent on exactly that.
- Gift cards work on courses. A gift card can pay toward a multi-session course. Class passes are for single-session bookings.
- One card for the whole group. When someone books several spots, the card comes off the full order, and a promo code can go on top.
