Your data is yours. Take it whenever you like.
One click downloads everything your business holds in FullClass as a ZIP of CSV files: every booking, customer, payment, waiver, and payroll line, with no date filter, no request form, and no fee. Owners can run it any time.
Best for: owners who will not sign up for software they cannot walk away from, and anyone who has been asked to produce a full set of records for an accountant or an auditor.
Nobody should be able to hold your business hostage.
Booking software has a habit of making leaving expensive. Some platforms have no export at all. Some hand you a partial one. Some make you email support and wait a fortnight for a file. By the time you find out which kind you are on, you have years of customer history sitting inside it.
FullClass has one answer to all of that: a button. Settings, Data export, download. Everything you have ever recorded, in files any spreadsheet can open, whenever you want it.
CSV, because it outlives every vendor.
Every file in the archive is a plain CSV with a header row. Excel opens it, Numbers opens it, Google Sheets opens it, and so will whatever you are using in ten years. There is no proprietary format to decode and no importer you have to buy.
The columns are the same ones you see in reports, so nothing arrives in a shape you have not already read on screen. A README inside the archive explains what each file holds, so it still makes sense to someone opening it months later.
Money is exported in your own currency, and event times in each location's own timezone, exactly as the app displays them. Nothing is silently converted on the way out.
What leaving costs
Data exportTwelve files. Everything your business has recorded.
- Bookings. Every booking you have ever taken, with its customer, class, seats, total, and payment status.
- Customers. Your whole list, with contact details, marketing opt-in, lifetime spend, and how each person heard about you.
- Revenue. Income by day and class, with gift card sales included as their own dated lines.
- Tax. Tax collected per rate, with the class-pass reconciliation already worked out.
- Schedule. Every session you have run or published, with its capacity and how many seats sold.
- Attendance. Booked versus checked in, per session, from your check-in records.
- Gift cards. Cards and class passes, issued and redeemed, with their remaining value.
- Promo codes. Every code with its usage count and the total discount it gave away.
- Waivers. Signed waivers with the signature text, the version accepted, and the date.
- Staff and payroll. Hours, pay rates, and what has already been paid out.
- Referrals. Where customers said they heard about you, plus every referral-program conversion and reward.
- A README. A plain-text note at the top of the archive describing what every file contains.
Three steps, no waiting.

Click download
We build the archive on the spot. There is nothing to request, schedule, or wait for in an inbox.
Open it anywhere
Unzip and open the CSVs in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, or hand the whole archive to your accountant.
Powerful, so it is handled carefully.
Only the account owner can run the export, and every download writes an entry to your audit log, so you can always see who took a copy and when. The archive holds your customers' personal data, and the README says so in plain language: store it somewhere secure and delete it once you are done.
