Sell the extras that go with each class.
Offer optional paid extras on a class (materials, equipment hire, a glass of wine) priced on top of the booking. Customers add them at checkout and pay for everything in a single payment, with each extra itemized on their receipt.
Best for: classes where the experience comes with optional extras (a materials kit, gear rental, or a drink) that you want to charge for alongside the spot.
Extras on the booking, not a second transaction.
Plenty of classes come with optional extras: a materials kit, a piece of equipment to hire, a glass of wine on arrival. Handling those separately means a second payment to chase, a manual note, or cash on the day. Class add-ons let customers choose the extras they want and pay for them in the same checkout as the spot.
You define add-ons per class, each with its own name, description, and price. Turn an add-on on when you are offering it and off when you are not, and delete ones you no longer need without touching the history of bookings that already bought them. Everything a customer adds is captured in one payment and itemized on the receipt.
Your order
CHECKOUTOptional extras, priced and paid in one go.
- Per-class add-ons. Create the extras that belong to each class (materials, equipment hire, a drink) each with its own name, description, and price.
- Priced on top of the spot. An add-on price is added to the booking, so the extra is charged alongside the spot rather than baked into the class price.
- One payment. Spots and add-ons are taken together in the same checkout, so there is no second transaction to collect.
- Activate or deactivate. Switch an add-on on when you are offering it and off when you are not, without deleting it.
- Safe to delete. Remove an add-on you no longer offer; bookings that already purchased it keep their own record, so past orders are unaffected.
- Itemized on receipts. Each add-on appears as its own line on the receipt, with its name and quantity, so the charge is clear.
- Shown in the customer portal. The extras a customer bought appear on their booking in the portal alongside the spots they reserved.
- Quantity rules per add-on. Choose whether an add-on can be taken once per guest, once per booking, or as many times as the customer wants.
From extra to paid in one checkout.

Customer adds and pays
The customer picks the extras they want and pays for the spots and add-ons together in a single payment.
