FullClass supports two kinds of gift cards: a balance type that holds a stored value, and a class-pass type that holds a set number of sessions. You can sell them from your booking page or widget, and restrict a gift card to a specific class when you want it used for just one thing.
At checkout, the customer applies their gift card and the value comes off the total. Every issue, redemption, and refund is recorded in a ledger, so balances always reconcile. If a booking is canceled, the value is restored. One note on scope: a class-pass cannot apply to a multi-session course, but a balance gift card can.

- Two gift card types. Sell a stored-balance gift card or a class-pass with a set number of sessions.
- Price protection. A class-pass is good for a set number of sessions, so it holds its value even if your prices change later.
- Sell from the widget. Turn on a “Buy gift cards” banner on your hosted booking page and embedded widget so customers can purchase without calling.
- Automatic delivery emails. The recipient gets a gift card email and the buyer gets a purchase confirmation, sent for you.
- Restrict to a class. Lock a gift card to a specific class when it should only be used for one thing.
- Redeem at checkout. Customers apply a gift card during booking and the value comes off the total.
- Apply after the fact. Add a gift card to an already-paid booking and the covered amount is refunded to the original payment method.
- Convert balance and pass. Turn a balance card into a class pass, or convert a pass back to its original paid value, keeping the same code.
- Ledger history. Every issue, redemption, and refund is recorded, so balances always reconcile.
- Refunds restore value. Cancel a booking and the gift card value is put back automatically.
- Admin console. Search by code, email, or name, view each card's ledger, and cancel or restore cards from one place.
- Optional expiry. Set a valid-from and valid-until date, or leave the end date open so a card stays usable.
