Typing the same instructor, price, class size and waiver into every session is slow, and sooner or later one of them is wrong. In FullClass, a class holds the details that stay the same, and an event is one date customers can book.
Add as many dates as you need and each one picks up those details. When one session is different, like a holiday price, a smaller room or a private booking, change just that date and leave the rest alone.

- Enter it once. Instructor, location, price and class size carry over to every date, and tax follows your location's rate.
- More than one price. Sell spots at an adult price and a child price, or on a sliding scale where each person picks what they can pay, and one booking can mix them. Each price can carry a note, like the ages it's for. A course has one price.
- New prices for upcoming dates. New dates start with the class's prices, and a change can go out to every upcoming date you haven't priced by hand. Spots already sold keep the price they were sold at.
- When booking opens, and when to arrive. Set both once and every date uses them.
- Nothing to re-attach. Attach the waiver to the class, and reminder emails and class photos come along to every new date. Your cancellation policy covers them all.
- Change one date, leave the rest. A holiday price, a later start or fewer spots, for just that session.
- Private sessions. Keep a session off your public schedule when it isn't for everyone.
- Courses, paid up front. Sell several sessions as one course that customers pay for at the start.
- Copy last week's session. Duplicate a date in one step to schedule the next one.
- Every Thursday until June. Pick the days of the week and an end date, and every session is scheduled in one go. You can still edit or cancel any one of them.
- A warning before you double-book. FullClass tells you when an instructor or location is already booked at that time. If the overlap is on purpose, go ahead anyway.
- Month and week views. See everything you've scheduled on a calendar inside FullClass.
- The schedule in your own calendar. Owners and admins can add the next six months of the schedule to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or any calendar app that takes subscriptions, in one click. It's view-only and stays up to date on its own.
- Take attendance. Tick off who showed up, or print the list for the room. Booking confirmations include a QR code, so you can scan it to check someone in.

A location can be a venue or an online meeting. Add a Zoom or Google Meet link and the joining details, and online sessions are scheduled exactly like in-person ones.
Sold out? Start a waitlist.
When a class fills up, customers can join a waitlist from your booking page or widget. As soon as a spot opens up, because someone canceled, someone didn't finish paying, or you added spots, the next person in line gets an email and has 24 hours to claim it. Nobody's spot is held while they decide, so you can't oversell. Waitlists stay off until you turn them on.
