Eventbrite alternative

An Eventbrite alternative for classes and workshops.

Eventbrite charges a fee on every paid ticket. FullClass is built for studios that run the same classes every week, with gift cards, class passes, waivers and courses included and no ticket fee. Keep Eventbrite for new people if it works for you, and let your regulars book with you directly.

For: cooking schools, art studios, fitness and workshop businesses selling classes on Eventbrite today and paying a fee on every ticket.

What's different

What you get with FullClass.

Where FullClass works differently from Eventbrite, from Eventbrite's own website, checked in October 2026.

  • No fee on each ticket. In the US, Eventbrite adds 3.7% + $1.79 to every paid ticket, plus 2.9% for card processing. FullClass is a monthly plan, and your own Stripe or Square rates apply to each sale.
  • Your guest pays the price you set. On Eventbrite the fees are added to the buyer's ticket by default. On FullClass the price on your class is the price at checkout.
  • Refunds that follow your policy. When a customer cancels online, FullClass works out the refund from your cancellation policy and pays it back through Stripe or Square. Eventbrite keeps its ticketing fee when an order is refunded, unless the event is cancelled.
  • Gift cards and class passes. Sell gift cards and prepaid passes on your own booking page, and customers redeem them at checkout.
  • Signed waivers and courses. Every person on a booking signs your waiver online. Sell a course of several sessions as one booking, and take requests for private events.
  • One list of customers. Every booking adds to the same customer record, so you can see who comes back, and send your list to Mailchimp or MailerLite.
Use both

Keep Eventbrite for new people.

You don't have to leave Eventbrite to stop paying its fee on every booking. List some dates there to be found by people who have never heard of you, and book everyone else on your own page.

  • Publish from FullClass. Pick the class dates and how many spots Eventbrite may sell. FullClass creates the events there and keeps them in step when you edit a class.
  • Sales come back on their own. Every Eventbrite order arrives as a booking that holds its spots, so the last place is never sold twice.
  • Unsold spots come back. When Eventbrite stops selling, the spots it did not sell go back on your own booking page.
  • One set of reports. Eventbrite sales show in your revenue and tax reports as their own sales channel.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How much does Eventbrite charge per ticket?

In the US, Eventbrite's pricing page lists a service fee of 3.7% + $1.79 on each paid ticket, plus 2.9% for payment processing on each order. Free tickets have no fee. Buyers pay the fees by default, or you can cover them yourself.

What does that come to over a month?

A studio selling 200 spots a month at $95, two to an order, pays about $1,612 in fees on Eventbrite and about $601 on FullClass with Stripe. Try your own numbers in the fee calculator.

Can I keep selling some classes on Eventbrite?

Yes. Connect Eventbrite under Settings, then Integrations, and publish the dates you choose. Eventbrite sales arrive as bookings and hold their spots, so the two never sell the same place.

Do my customers need to make a new account?

No. They book with their email address, and when they want to see a booking we email them a link that signs them in. There is no password to set.

Does FullClass take a cut of my sales?

No. Payments go into your own Stripe or Square account, and FullClass charges a monthly plan by spots. Card fees from Stripe or Square apply.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 30 days on every plan. Set up one real class, book it yourself on your phone, and connect Eventbrite when you're ready.

Facts about Eventbrite come from its own website, checked in October 2026: pricing, fees on refunds. Eventbrite is a trademark of its owner. FullClass is not affiliated with or endorsed by Eventbrite.
