Zapier

Connect FullClass to a few thousand other apps.

Zapier lets FullClass talk to the rest of the tools you run without anyone writing code. A new booking can land in a spreadsheet, a new customer in your CRM, a payment in your accounting tool and a waitlist offer in Slack, within seconds of it happening.

Best for: businesses already keeping something up to date by hand outside FullClass, and anyone whose next question starts with "can it also send this to...".

What it solves

The integration that saves you asking for integrations.

Every business runs something its booking software does not: a spreadsheet, an accounting tool, a CRM, a team channel the front desk watches all day. Keeping those in step usually means somebody retyping the same booking twice, or waiting for a feature request to reach the top of somebody else's queue.

Zapier closes that gap on your own timetable. FullClass sends the events, Zapier routes them, and you decide what happens next from a catalogue of a few thousand apps. There is nothing to host, nothing to write, and no weekly export to remember.

What starts a Zap

The moments that can start a Zap.

Each one can start a Zap on its own, and the same event can feed as many Zaps as you like. Nothing polls: Zapier subscribes once and FullClass pushes each event as it happens, so a booking reaches your Zap in seconds rather than on a fifteen minute cycle.

  • A booking is confirmed. Fires when the booking reaches confirmed, so a checkout somebody abandoned halfway never reaches your spreadsheet.
  • A booking is canceled. However it happened: the customer canceled from their portal, your team canceled in the admin, or a refund came back from your payment provider.
  • A customer account is created. Whichever route they came in by, booking online, added by your team, or brought over in an import. A guest checkout creates no account, so it does not count.
  • Money came in. A class booking, a private event, or a gift card, including the offline payments your team records by hand.
  • A waitlist spot was offered. When a cancellation frees a seat and FullClass offers it to the next person waiting for it.
One connection

Everything else plugs in behind it.

A booking, a cancellation, a new customer, a payment or a waitlist offer leaves FullClass once and your Zaps take it wherever you need it: Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, QuickBooks, Google Drive, HubSpot, and a few thousand more.

How it works

From a key to a running Zap.

1

Create a restricted key

Under Settings, then API keys, create a secret key, choose Restricted and tick the Zapier preset, then untick anything your Zaps will not use. It is the only credential the connection needs, it cannot cancel a booking or refund one, and you can revoke it from the same page.

2

Connect FullClass in Zapier

Paste the key once. Zapier labels the connection with your business name, so an account you manage alongside others stays easy to tell apart.

3

Pick a trigger and what follows it

Choose an event, then choose what should happen next from Zapier's catalogue. Filters and multiple steps are Zapier's job, not something FullClass limits.

4

Turn it on and watch it

Switching the Zap on registers it under Settings, then Webhooks, badged as managed by Zapier, with the same delivery log and retry history as any other endpoint you run.

Ready to read

Every booking says who, what and when.

Each booking and cancellation arrives with the details a person needs, so a Zap can write a message or a spreadsheet row without a lookup step in the middle.

  • The class and its start time. Every booking and cancellation names the class and when it starts, in the class's own time zone, so a message or a row can say which class and when, instead of an id nobody reads.
  • Who booked. The customer's name and email address come with every booking, ready for a thank-you, a reminder or your CRM.
  • Create a customer. An enquiry form, a waiting list or a tool you already use can open a FullClass customer record, ready for the first booking.
