Your language, your currency, your tax rules.

FullClass is used by studios across North America and Europe. Customers can book in eight languages and your team can work in five. Prices can include VAT, or have sales tax added at checkout. Studios in the EU, UK and Switzerland are covered by a Data Processing Agreement from the day they sign up.

Best for: studios with customers who speak more than one language: Spanish in the US, French in Quebec, German in Europe.

For your customers

Customers book in their own language.

  • Eight languages. English (US or UK), French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Portuguese (Portugal), and Greek. That covers the booking page, the widget, the customer portal, emails, receipts and gift cards.
  • More than one language per studio. Turn on extra languages for your booking page and customers switch with one click. Their confirmation email and receipt come in the language they booked in.
  • Written the local way. Dates, times, and prices follow each language, so a French customer reads "30,00 €" and a 24-hour clock. English (UK) gets day-first dates.
  • A widget that matches your studio. The booking widget on your own site uses your studio's language unless you set another.
For your team

Your team works in theirs.

  • Five admin languages. The admin and help center are in English, French, Spanish, Italian, and German. Each person picks their own, separate from the one your customers see.
  • Dates the way you read them. Date and time format is its own setting, so you can use the admin in English and still see day-first dates and a 24-hour clock.
Tax and currency

Prices and tax the way your country does them.

Outside North America, the price on the page is usually the price the customer pays. FullClass can work that way: VAT is included in the price you list, and the receipt shows how much of it was tax. Studios in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand start with it turned on.

  • Your tax details on every receipt. Print your VAT or GST number on receipts, invoices, and quotes, plus one line for a mention your country requires, like "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI".
  • Rates that match your region. Name each rate, set it per location, and stack two where both apply. See tax rates.
  • Your currency. Sell in US or Canadian dollars, euros, pounds, or Australian dollars. Customers see your currency everywhere, and nothing gets converted.
  • A clear bill from us. Plans are priced in US dollars. Studios in the EU give a VAT number when they sign up (in the UK it's optional), and are billed under the reverse charge.
Privacy

GDPR handled for studios in the EU, UK, and Switzerland.

  • A Data Processing Agreement. Our DPA includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, and studios there accept it when they sign up.
  • Double opt-in for marketing email. The box starts unticked, a customer who ticks it confirms by email before being subscribed, and every change is logged.
  • Consent before tracking. Advertising tags on your hosted booking page wait until the visitor accepts them, and our fonts are served from our own servers.
  • Data that doesn't hang around. Erasing a customer also removes them from a connected Mailchimp or MailerLite list, and booking IP addresses are cleared after 12 months.
