Built for classes

What FullClass does for a studio.

  • A schedule that repeats. Set a class up once and add its dates, with a spot count for each.
  • Gift cards and class passes. Sell them on your own booking page, and customers redeem them at checkout.
  • Signed waivers. Every person on a booking signs your waiver online, and you keep a record of who signed which version.
  • Courses and private events. Sell several sessions as one booking, and take requests for private parties.
  • Booking on your own website. The widget draws itself into your page, in your fonts and colors.
  • Customers who sign in by email. They see and cancel their bookings from a link, with no password to set.
Which one fits

Which one to use.

  • You run classes or workshops on a regular schedule.
  • Your regulars and your website bring in most bookings.
  • You sell gift cards, passes, courses or private events.
Eventbrite fits if
  • You run one-off public events, or only free ones.
  • Most of your buyers find you on Eventbrite.

Some studios use both. Publish the dates you want new people to find on Eventbrite from FullClass, and those sales come back as bookings that hold their spots. How the Eventbrite integration works.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How much are Eventbrite's fees per ticket?

In the US, Eventbrite's pricing page lists a service fee of 3.7% + $1.79 on each paid ticket, plus a 2.9% payment processing fee on each order. On a $95 ticket that is about $8.06. Free tickets have no fee.

Who pays Eventbrite's fees?

The buyer, by default. Eventbrite adds the fees to the ticket price at checkout. You can choose to cover them yourself when you set up your ticket types.

Are Eventbrite's fees refunded?

Eventbrite's help center says its ticketing fees are not returned when an order is refunded. They are refunded when an event is cancelled, or when a buyer was charged twice by mistake and asks within 7 days.

Is Eventbrite good for classes?

It is good at bringing in people who have never heard of you. For regulars who book every week, the fee on each ticket adds up. A booking tool built for classes also sells the gift cards and passes regulars ask for, and collects their waivers.

Can I use Eventbrite and FullClass together?
