Most questions about a business have a quick answer buried in a report: which classes need promoting this week, whether last month beat the one before, how many people booked and then didn't come. Getting it out usually means opening the report, picking dates and reading down a table.
With FullClass connected, you ask your assistant instead. It reads the same numbers your reports show, works out the answer and can carry on from there: compare two months, draft a social post for the emptiest class, or plan next term.

Ask in your own words. Your assistant picks what to look up, and every answer names the dates and the time zone it covers.
- What's coming up. Upcoming classes and events with their capacity and how many seats are booked, a month ahead unless you ask for longer.
- One class in detail. Seats left, location and price for a single class or event.
- What needs promoting. Upcoming classes below a fill level you choose, emptiest first, while there's still time to do something about them.
- How full you ran. Fill rates over any period, class by class or month by month.
- Bookings and cancellations. How many came in over a period, with cancellations and failed payments counted separately.
- Revenue. What you earned from class bookings, gift card sales and private events, matching the total on your revenue report.
- Attendance. Seats booked against people who checked in, with no-shows counted separately.

You need a FullClass account as the owner, or as a team member with access to Reports. There's nothing to install.
Add FullClass to your assistant
In Claude, open FullClass in Claude's connector directory and click Connect. In ChatGPT, turn on developer mode in its settings, then add a connector there with this address.

Leave any client ID and secret boxes empty. Claude takes the same address as a custom connector if you'd rather add it that way.
Sign in to FullClass
Your assistant sends you to FullClass. Sign in with your usual admin login if you aren't already.
Approve the connection
FullClass shows which app is asking, which business it will read and what it can see. Click Connect and you're sent back to your assistant.
Ask your first question
Start a new conversation and try "Which of my classes in the next two weeks are less than half full?" or "How much did we make last month, and where did it come from?"
It reads your numbers and does nothing else.
The connection answers questions. It can't change anything, and it never sees who your customers are.
- Read-only, always. It can't book, cancel, refund, email a customer or change a setting.
- No customer details. Counts and totals only: no names, email addresses or phone numbers. A class reports how many seats sold, never who bought them.
- No payment records. It doesn't read individual payments, refunds or gift card balances, and it leaves out the join link for online classes.
- One business, the one you approved. A connection reads only the business it was approved for, and only while the person who approved it still has access to Reports.
- Disconnect any time. Settings, then Connected apps lists every connection, who approved it and when. Disconnecting one cuts it off immediately.
- No extra cost. Included in every FullClass plan. Your assistant runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan.
