Eventbrite is good at putting a class in front of people who have never heard of you. But when the same class is also on your own booking page, somebody has to copy every Eventbrite sale across by hand, or the last spot gets sold twice.
Link the Eventbrite event to its class date once. From then on, every Eventbrite order lands in FullClass as a booking that holds its spots, so your booking page only offers the places that are really left.

Each order is recorded the way you would record a sale from another site by hand, so there is nothing special to remember about it later.
- Spots held. The booking takes its spots, so your booking page and widget never offer them again.
- Sales counted. The class's FullClass price counts as paid on Eventbrite, so your revenue and tax reports include it, with Eventbrite shown as its own sales channel.
- Free tickets stay free. A free ticket, or one a discount code made free, is recorded as complimentary and adds nothing to revenue.
- Refunds follow. Refund one ticket or the whole order on Eventbrite and the booking follows, with the refund recorded. FullClass never touches the money.
- Customers matched. Buyers join your customer list, matched by email, so a regular who once bought on Eventbrite keeps one history.
- No double emails. Eventbrite already confirms the order, so FullClass stays quiet unless you choose to send your class reminders and review requests too.
- Told when a class overfills. FullClass does not change how many tickets Eventbrite has on sale. If the last spot sells in both places at once, the order is still recorded and your team gets an email to make room or refund on Eventbrite.

Connect Eventbrite
Under Settings, then Integrations, press Connect Eventbrite and sign in. FullClass asks Eventbrite to send it new orders itself, so there is nothing to copy or paste.
Link each event to its class date
Pick the class date each upcoming Eventbrite event is for. A date that starts at the same time is picked for you, and the orders the event already has come across straight away.
Sell in both places
New Eventbrite orders arrive as bookings, usually within seconds. FullClass also checks every linked event once an hour, in case a notice from Eventbrite goes missing.
