Languages

Booking in your customers' language.

Customers can book with FullClass in 16 languages. The booking page, the widget, the customer portal, emails, receipts and gift cards all change language together. Your team works in English, French, Spanish, Italian or German.

Best for: studios whose customers speak more than one language, and studios anywhere in the euro area.

For your customers

Sixteen languages for booking.

Each one covers everything a customer reads. That means the schedule and checkout, their account, their confirmation and reminder emails, receipts, gift cards and the marketing consent box.

The languages customers can book in, and whether your team can work in the same one. Where it cannot, each person on your team picks English, French, Spanish, Italian or German.

How it works

One studio, more than one language.

  • A main language and extras. Your booking page opens in your main language. Turn on others and a small switcher lets customers pick theirs.
  • Emails follow the customer. Someone who books in Finnish gets their confirmation, reminders and receipt in Finnish, even if your page opens in English.
  • A link for each language. Add ?lang=hr to your booking page address to open it in Croatian. Handy for a website with a page per language.
  • Your words stay yours. FullClass translates its own buttons, labels and messages. Class names, descriptions and policies stay exactly as you wrote them.
Written the local way

Dates and prices the way each language writes them.

  • Dates. A Latvian customer reads "2026. gada 14. marts", a Croatian one "14. ožujka 2026." and a Bulgarian one "14 март 2026 г.". The widget and the emails always agree.
  • Prices. Each language puts the euro sign and the decimal comma where its readers expect them, as in "1 234,50 €".
  • The card form too. The Stripe card form at checkout shows its own labels and errors in the customer's language.
  • Your own words for what you sell. Pick class, workshop, tour or lesson, and spot, seat or ticket. Customers read the matching word in their language.
