- Refunds that follow your policy. When a customer cancels online, FullClass works out the refund from your cancellation policy and pays it back through Stripe or Square. Bookeo works out the amount, and you send it.
- Check-in with a QR code. Scan customers in at the door, or tick them off the class list. Bookeo records attendance, without scanning.
- Every venue in one account. Run classes in more than one studio, each with its own address and tax rate. Bookeo documents several locations for its appointments product.
- Every feature on every plan. Plans are priced by spots a month, and each one includes everything. Bookeo charges for text message credits and for bookings over your plan's limit.
- Booking that's part of your website. The FullClass widget draws itself into your page, so it picks up your fonts and colors, with around 180 style settings or your own CSS. Bookeo's widget shows its booking pages in a frame on your site, styled with Bookeo's own theme settings.

How do the prices compare?
Bookeo's classes plans run from $14.95 to $119.95 a month, priced by bookings, with digital waivers from $9 a month and text credits on top. FullClass runs from $5 to $129 a month, priced by spots, with everything included. One booking can hold several spots, so work out a busy month on each before you decide.
Can I keep the gift vouchers I've already sold?
Yes. Import them on the gift cards sheet with their codes and remaining balances, and customers redeem the code they already have at checkout. Class passes import on the same sheet.
Can I charge adults and children different prices?
Yes. Give a class several prices, such as Adult and Child, each with an optional note like the ages it's for. Customers pick how many of each in one booking, and receipts show what each spot cost. A course of several sessions has one price.
Do my customers need to make a new account?
No. They book with their email address, and when they want to see a booking we email them a link that signs them in. There is no password to set.
Does either one take a cut of my sales?
No. Both connect to your own payment account and charge no commission. Card fees from Stripe or Square apply either way.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days on every plan. Set up one real class, book it yourself on your phone, and import the rest when you're ready.
