- A friend in the same checkout. A first-timer books for themselves and a friend in one go. On Mindbody, booking for friends and family is off by default, works only on its consumer site, and takes one class at a time.
- Extras in the same checkout. Sell a mat rental, a towel or a materials kit with the spot, paid together. Mindbody's newest web checkout lists add-ons on class bookings among the things it doesn't support.
- Refunds back to the card. When a customer cancels within your policy, FullClass works out the refund and sends it through Stripe or Square. On Mindbody, an early cancel returns the session to the client's account, and a card refund is a step your staff take.

Can I bring my members over?
Members on prepaid class passes, yes: import the passes with the classes left on them. FullClass does not sell monthly memberships, so a studio that runs on them should stay on Mindbody for now.
Will FullClass send me new clients?
No. FullClass is not a marketplace. Your booking page is yours, customers find you the way they do today, and we take no cut of what they spend.
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They book on your booking page or your website with their email address, and we email them a link when they want to see a booking. There is no password to set.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days on every plan. Set up one real class, book it yourself on your phone, and import the rest when you're ready.
